Vibes Workshop April Percussive Arts Society Article!

I'm happy to announce that Joe Locke, Tony Miceli (me), Ed Saindon, Patty Franceschi and Tjaco Oostdijk have been working on an article for PAS magazine. The article will be in the April issue of the magazine. Supplemental material will be here for when the article comes out.

If all goes well a lot of vibe players will be coming to the site. I will open up all the Giant Steps material for everyone to see for month or 2.

Vibe Hang - Saturday Jan. 3, 08

Time

I think we'll be having another vibe hang this saturday! I think Behn Gillece will be here and I'm trying to get Patty Franceschi and maybe a couple other players from the area over.

Also Marc Prz will be on bass. I'm hoping for 1pm east coast USA time. As it gets closer we'll zero in more on the actual time.

The Vibe Hang Will Be Here

Harrisburg Hilton Nov. 28

Time

Last minute post and just a long shot, but if anyone is here from the Harrisburg, PA area, I'm at the Harrisburg Hilton tonight. Trio, John Ragonese (sax), and Micah Jones (bass).

Just thought I'd mention it. Probably should have posted this a few days ago.

The Hilton is a great Jazz Room. Sometimes it gets noisy, but for the most part it's cool.
