Hi - I am looking for any feedback on the Jerry Tachoir Mallets. I'm doing just basic follow up on his videos and techniques but before I spend over $40/pair on those mallets, just trying to get feedback.
I use them and they have a gorgeous tone, but they are pretty soft. They're great for solos and they should be fine if you have a mic but maybe not the best in a big band setting.
