Hi,
we recorded this version of Cedar walton's "Bolivia"in Brooklyn
a couple of winters ago, Brazilian guitarist Nelson Veras was in
town and so was my Bass playing Brother Gildas, so we called drummer
Marcello Pellitteri and recorded a few cuts for an upcoming CD tribute to
Milt Jackson.(4 tunes are out on iTunes so far the physical CD will be out in a bit).
I'll be playing in Paris this week-end June 26 & 27,I'll post about it..
Hey I thought this would be a cool way to introduce myself. My names Matt and im a philly/south jersey based trumpet player and I started picking up the vibes a few months ago and taking lessons with tony here and there. I recorded a chord melody to my romance and wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions.
Thanks!

Here's an 10 part series on Stella that I did a while back.

I was looking through a friend's photos and it reminded me of my solo vibe version of "It Might As Well Be Spring" that I recorded back in 2006. I hope you enjoy the added visual by my good friend Mark Bennett.
