I was interested in purchasing an OmegaVibe and had a couple questions that the dealers couldn't answer. I've called Malletech 12 times, tried all available extensions, left VM and email. No answers, no response. Makes me think that if I did purchase and had a problem with the instrument there would be no way to handle the situation.
Any suggestions?
