More Symbiosis

Since there was talk about vibe mics, I thought I'd post something official and see if we could get some talk and photos.

I use and sell the AMT Vibe Mics and I love them. 3 mics, 2 above and 1 below. It's a great set up and the sound is fantastic.

Dear Workshop, what do you think about combining the vibes with technology??

I recently transferred some old recordings from DAT tape which featured the K&K midi system, and started thinking maybe this site would be a good place to share them...I haven't seen much discussion about this.

Don't use the pedal if you don't want to. This is just an exercise in some alternate 4 mallet sticking. Not single lines, but 2 note voicings.

I was messing around with these ideas this morning. I banged this puppy out before heading out to class. I'll double check it later.

Your job is to figure out what standard it is based on, analyze the voicings and play it.

You can name the tune here. It should be obvious!!!!

I added a track with some percussion. This is an etude that should just give you some independent 4 mallet ideas.
