Ed Saindon - Giant Steps with left hand accompaniment

Hello guys, here's a short solo vibraphone clip that was just uploaded to my YouTube Solo Vibes channel. This very brief solo clip shows me working on playing lines along with some left hand comping on Coltrane's Giant Steps. There's also a new clip of Van Heusen's Like Someone In Love. I'll be uploading more solo vibe clips soon. To be notified when new clips are added, you can subscribe to my Solo Vibes channel. Best, Ed

Skype Lesson - A great experience by Dimitris Angelakis

Hey,
I had this amazing skype lessons with Carolyn and Badu. The great thing about it is that people from all over the world can comunicate and share their interests and questions. Ofcorse Tony is a great teacher since he sees everyone as a different personality. Having that in mind it not just a chat but a real expirience of practising and learning. He also put assigments to each one. I have to practise How deep in 12 keys. It really gives you a motive to learn and practise more and more stuff.

Coltrane's Sound

Have you guys heard the album, Coltrane's Sound? I just recently became privy to it. It's cool. Trane superimposes his changes on some standards as well as plays a few of his originals. It's quickly becoming my favorite Trane album.

This is the first take of Body and Soul on the album (there are two)

P.S. The whole album is on youtube...
