I know that lots of players have raved about the Malletech OmegaVibe. Now Malletech has announced a lighter-weight version of the OmegaVibe, the Omegaair. They say it's 5 inches shorter and 15 pounds lighter than the OmegaVibe. Does anyone have any experience with the Omegaair, or even seen one?

i do and it is lighter and shorter. it's pretty amazing actually.
it started with Leigh and myself talking about the instrument and I said, we don't need these end pieces and he went "huh, ok".
I said to Leigh it already sounds great and if you make it fit in the car easier, then a lot of working vibe players will want this instrument!
