I transcribed this a while ago. I haven't played through it in a while but I think I had worked all the kinks out of the notation. Please let me know if you find errors. This solo comes from a Bruce Foreman album "Full Circle w/Bobby Hutcherson".

Man I've been here practicing for the last few hours. I'm working on stuff I worked on yesterday and I'm realizing once again how important consistency is.
I'm seeing what I did yesterday flow a little better today. It's really exciting and always has been.
That's why I just want to mention about this. Make sure you're setting aside time each day, or most days. You need that consistency to get better.
Just taking a 5 minute break to pass on my 2 cents.
What is a vibe hang?
A vibe hang is when we all get together online and some of us play live and we hang and talk. I'll put up a link where we'll meet the day of and we just hang play and talk. it's a chance for people to play live in front of others. and a chance for others to listen, learn and talk.
It's easy to play live. There's another faq listed under 'Check This Out'. It will tell you more.
Didn't know how to make a good title for this without being totally immature.
What's cool is check out the backdrop. He's got huge a wharehouse.
Here's a clip from when I was at Mike's factory. I thought I posted this here but I can't find it.

Ed Saindon will be playing this coming Sunday, May 17th at 75 Chestnut's Brunch from 11-3 along with the great upright bassist Thomas Hebb. It's back to school for me on Sunday... yey!
Here's a snipet of stella. memorize it and play through all the keys. it's just a piece. think of it unravelling in front of you.
