I played some jazz oriented stuff with a Tuba player today, it was really fun. He's clasically trained so building walking lines from chord charts will require some work. In the mean time, if I could create some walking lines for him to read it would help both of us out in the near term. One thing I thought about doing is creating a midi track from iReal Pro and using that as an input to something that does midi to notation conversions into bass clef. I'm sure this is doable. Does anyone have any suggestions on a cheap and easy way to automate this process. Any other ideas?
