I ran across audio of Lem Winchester Playing "My Romance" on youtube. Joe Locke said in one of the workshops a while back "If you want to understand Bird, you can start with Sonny Stitt; if you want to understand Bags, you can start with Lem Winchester." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzDEZcCtzWI Of course buy the CD if you can get it.
