More on my Cherokee etude! It's soooo hard.
I'm going to turn it into an etude so some of you can be miserable! I wonder if it's easier with the Stevens grip? I'm working on it and it's getting better!
Gina Ferrera is a local Gyil Player. For us vibe players that's our ancient ancestor.
Here's all of Tony's performances on the site!
I've got some video on modes that I'm editing and will be putting up soon. In this lesson, I go through each mode and talk about it. They'll probably get up early next week.
I'm also working on my Cherokee etude. I shot some video, but I'll see how good it came out. This etude is so hard to play, but i think it opens some doors into 4 mallet playing, or rather has for me. I'll keep at it. I need to work it up to a decent level then record it and write it out!
I forgot to mention in the information on the pdf... it goes without saying that this should be done in all keys.
This is the leadsheet for "Lunch with Pancho Villa". The form of the tune is the same as on the video.
The link to the video fo the tune is above!

If you haven't checked this out, do so. It's really cool what's happened here and what's been talk about.
I learned a lot from it!
