I just set up a new library. Remember our old one? The thing about the software we use is that we're at the mercy of the open source drupal community. The last library we had set up used a module that pulled in all the Amazon info for a product. Now we have a new module but for technical reasons we have to build back the library.
So all you jazz vibe veteran subscribers consider posting a review or 2 a week to help all the new vibes players on the site build their vibe library and learn.
Pretty funny!
Hi All,
Here's an update on the Good Vibes all request show by YOU, the members of vibesworkshop for the evening of January 2 and the afternoon of the 5th. There was more music than time allowed. The music I had to exclude is in no way a reflection upon the music itself or the musicians, but on radio concerns like time, tempo, style. I will try to play what does not appear here on subsequent shows. Making the cuts was difficult, to say the least, but I was guided by including at least one by everyone who requested.
As always, I love your feedback.
This is from a gig last Saturday (2010-Dec-11). In addition to me on vibes, there's Doug Sondak on flute, Matt Boland on guitar, Richard Hale Shaw on bass and Jack Morash on drums. Enjoy :-).

My Mom and Dad wrote this song when I was about 3 in 1954 or 1955. Dad sings it every year.
Please excuse my singing, the klunkers, and whatever else annoys you.
Merry Christmas to you all.

when i did the sunny version for tonys birthday some time ago i made joke with marie about doing something stupid with her. here´s the link:

time has passed, it´s christmas and the joke became a joke reality.
i had so much fun doing this tune with marie and check out all my multirecording stuff again.
i need to convince marie a bit to really post this as you can hear in the end.
since i like tonys sticks give a away and because it´s christmas i like to make a special give away:
I wanted to put this out to the community because I have seen potential electrical problems with several vibe motors/controllers, especially the older Bodine Motors and controllers. I want to provide a little food for thought. Bottom line, it's always better to be safe. I don't want to scare anyone, rather my hope is that someone may be helped by this post.
Here are three simple left hand exercises to practice.
