Morgan is a great young musician! She sat at a computer and transcribed this with no instrument. Then she adapted it for the vibes and then she played it!
Great version by my student. He's mainly a drummer but doing great on vibes. He takes nice solos and knows quite a bit about harmony.
Hi vibes lovers today i'd like to talk about my approach to odd meter showing you a couple of grooves that I wrote.
remember to break down the odd meter in smaller groups of 3 and 2 (e.g. 7=2+2+3 or 2+3+2 or 3+2+2)
Thanks a lot for watching and remember to follow me on Facebook Instagram and Youtube!

This is important stuff.
You know I think the Mallet Station might be a decent entry level controller, however as SOON as you get serious, It will not even hang a little bit with the MalletaKat, that's my take so far.
But as an entry keyboard into the world of electronic mallets, I'm sure it's fine. Keep in mind that the Malletkat has a competitive instrument also. Around the same price.
But check this video out.
This is a new project I have with my son.
Found this on Youtube, but I don't remember if I posted it here. I can't find.
Larry is such a beautiful player.
Hi everyone,
Last year I heard about Pearl's new MalletStation and was considering getting one but wanted to see reviews from early buyers first. The release date kept getting pushed back, back, back, and I still don't see any reviews anywhere online. I know one person who just got one somehow and she says the MalletStation is heavier than it looks and is not feasible for transporting on the subway, which is mainly why I wanted to get one.
Anyone else know anything? Better to just go with a MalletKAT?
Thanks,
Carolyn
