Here are some more thoughts on targeting notes.
Here's a response to another letter I got with some questions!
Here's a radio interview, that I'm posting for Ed. Maybe he can comment on it a little bit.
This CD is great! Why not consider buying it? Here's the link: Buy It Now
this is one of my favorite songs to play .. the words are gorgeous. The first time i heard this song was from the Locke and Barron duo... joe that version of the tune and your playing bring tears to my eyes ... masterfully played... well here is my stab at the tune. this was more just a test to see if my mic was working, first take. the first time thru the head i approached it as more rubato. and not strict on the melody, however at the end the melody was the center focus.. ive im not mistakened this is device that Coltrane used alot ...
anyways ... check it out ..
Hi everybody!
This is just a hint: since the last Windows XP home security update plus the update to Flash Player 10.0.12.36 the videos on Youtube (embedded in vibesworkshop or not) did not work anymore plus the controls for the MP3's embedded here didn't work.
So I checked out the ADOBE site and found the article about the registry settigs (see: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=fb1634cb&slic…).
I followed ALL the instructions and after installing Flashplayer again and restarting the computer it worked again.
Check me and me out!
It's been a while since we saw Joe Locke with some new stunning videos...
but after visiting his site I saw that he's showing some of his tunes in pdf as free downloads :

thanks Joe...
Jon,
(hey i'm also sending this to patty and tjaco. maybe they'll play on it as well and can all compare.)
here's your duet.
before i tell you. you try and tell me. what's the intro?
so here's the form:
intro (i comp)
head (i comp)
first solo (you comp)
second solo (i comp)
head out (you comp)
cool?
ALSO CHECK OUT THE >>> check this out link. it's this duet but i'm playing both parts.
one 'me' has a chorused set of vibes the other is straight. and they're separated. you should hear good with headphones.
I do duets with my private online students. What a great study in time, thinking ahead and accompaniment! I always do both parts also. Here's a duet I'm doing with a student. Maybe after he puts his part on I'll post his part as well my single part.
Hey there are plenty of other duets up here, btw!
