My new album will be released on march 22nd... (Matthias Goebel)

Matthias Goebel "places we need...brahlshagen."
"What makes the music on this CD especially appealing to me are two qualities posessed by the band leader and composer, Matthias Goebel; a strong sense of melody and the ability to create atmosphere. These elements draw me in to his world, invite me to stay awhile, relax and listen."
David Friedman

Recordame
I've been neglecting the pan lately so I thought I would run through some tunes. It is pretty much in need of a tuning- do you notice it? I don't want to play it out anywhere until I get it tuned and I'm really broke. Tuning these is expensive.

How Deep is the Ocean?
My homework is always late!
I tried to play the melody with mallet dampening as an exercise.

Naima with "harmonics" by Mikek
I'm trying too hard to use this sound that I was having some fun with. I think it sounds better in person than on the video-but I like it. I will def use it less in a real performance-but I think it sounds kinda cool.

Wuppertal 2013 - David's Friedman exercise to play solo vibes
So... I am in Wuppetal playing How deep is the ocean in front of the guys and David Suggested to play it again but to split the comping from the melody in order to be more clear! This is my try!
