Here is another track from the trio gig I did recently. Hope you like it. Oh yeah, I have video of this, but for now my computer can't handle video editing. So I'll post that later. Then you'll see my mind was somewhere else in the intro so I missed it the first time.

FYI: this gig is totally unrehearsed and we just selected some tunes. So everything is happening in the moment so that's pretty cool.

Here is a lick Tony showed me at our last lesson. We were talking about minor blues and connecting chords with scales. Learning this lick in all keys is a cool way to get a feel for putting different scales together in a cohesive line. This lick uses aeolian, dorian, locrian, and altered scale.

This is from a gig I did recently.

This is an arrangement of the head of "Round Midnight" I've been playing for a few years. I threw it on the computer today after the live concert to try and win the Monk Play Along book. Hope you like it! (This is my first upload so I hope it works.)
