You're Everything

After I did a lesson (Click here for the lesson) on playing solo I tried it fast and came up with what I think is a decent performance of the piece.

Sorry about the metal ding, this is a five year old frame and I have to change a pad on the posts.

thanks giovanni,

some people hate that tune. I really like it. the site is like the real world sometimes. you do something you think is great in a club and you play it and get done and nobody claps. i post pieces up here and am kind of proud of what i've done and sometimes nobody responds and you think oh man maybe it sucks.

when that happens, i always go back and check my stuff. i check the time first, i check the changes second and then listen to the solo and then the whole piece. lots of times i take notes.

then i evaluate the piece and think, ok to me it sounds good and it's the best i can do. so that's that.

put a bandaid on and keep going!
