Hey VWS!
A must watch!
Hey guys, spoke with M-N today about what's been taking up my time. Between Berklee, teaching at home and gigs, writing books has been keeping me busy. The improv book is finished and came out to 21 chapters spread out over 4 volumes. We're almost ready for the production of Volume 1. I'm here today at the house tweaking a few chapters. It seems like this project has been going on forever. Here's the breakdown of topics:
Chord Scale Theory
Chord Scale Application and Practices
Harmonic Practices
Chord Tone Soloing
Tension Resolution
Upper Structure Triads
Triad Pairs
hi,
inspired by ed saindon´s post of the 4 to the bar basin street blues, i tried to practice this with donna lee the last days. i recently restaurated an old portable low budget tape recorder with a built in micro which i used for this recording to give it the old record vintage feeling :)

anyone got advice on traveling across country on a train with a musser M48 travel vibe? i was thinking about using a dolly to roll the pieces around....
Thanks John Daly for sending me this!
This won't stay up long i bet, so enjoy it for now!
Here's pt. 1 of a three part lesson on turnarounds. There are so many, so I tried to stick to the critical, and most practical ones. Enjoy!
