Good Vibes, the first and only broadcast program dedicated to the vibraphone, for June will air on June 3rd, the first Sunday of the month, and June 6th, the first Wednesday. This is the men's show. Here are some of the musicians, artists, friends who will show up, Django, Old Man Roker, The Hutch, Don Ramon(Mongo Santamaria), and Vincent(Van Gogh).

I wanted to share with you guys a track from our upcoming album, "The Duality Perspective". It is due to be released June 19th. We are having a CD release concert featuring the Sextet with a few tunes played by the Fo'tet on May 21st at Dizzys at 7:30 for you guys that are in the area. Also the Fo'tet will be having our CD release concert in Philly and NJ on the 16th and 17th of June. I'll keep you posted on exactly where when it gets a little closer.

I've tried many mallet grips over the years, and for vibes Burton is my favorite...except for the fact that my mallets click together when I play with this grip. Somehow I'm getting better at making them click less as I play, but is there anything I can actively do to work on this? Thanks!

I am wild about the red coating we found for the new leslie amp. It is durable and gorgeous looking.
Given the fact that I am really bored about the dull and depressiv appearance of current vibraphones, I decided to have the new coating also available on the gigVibes.
